DURING YOUR BOOKING

We check any reservation, our Customer Service will review your booking data to avoid any possible problems (flight number, date and time of arrival, etc).
On the day of your booking your driver will be on time at the pickup location.
Arriving to Mytilini airport(MJT): please collect your luggage and proceed to the exit / waiting lounge. The driver will be waiting for you showing a board with your name.
Arriving to any Lesvos Port and Custom/Cruise Terminal: after you finish your custom formalities, proceed to the exit / waiting lounge. The driver will be waiting for you showing a board with your name.
Transfers from hotel or private addresses to the airport or ports: If you are leaving the hotel or from a private address, the driver will wait for you at the hotel lobby or at the front of the requested address and pick-up time. Please wait out with your group
Your transfer includes 15 minutes’ waiting time for hotel or private addresses and 1 hour for airport or port pickups. In case of flight or boat delay, we will reschedule your pickup time for free. Even if your driver has arrived early, your included waiting time starts from the time you booked your ride.
